The UNSW Business School has updated the English language requirements for entry into all of its Postgraduate Coursework and Higher Degree Research (HDR) Programs. ? The changes come into effect immediately for those wishing to commence their studies in Semester 1 2018 or at a later date. Any new applicant who is applying to sit one of the tests below will be required to meet the updated English language requirements. ? Please note, applicants into 2017 and 2018 Programs who have already met the requirements as part of their application prior to this communication will have their applications honoured on the basis of the previous English language requirements. This arrangement should facilitate a smooth transition from existing to new requirements and cause minimal disruption to you and prospective applicants. ? UNSW Business School Postgraduate Coursework and Research degrees will require all applicants, domestic or international, to provide evidence that their English language ability meets the minimum requirements for admission as follows: For more information, visit UNSW English Language Requirements: unsw.edu.au/english-requirements-policy ? This update of English language requirements for entry into Postgraduate Coursework and Higher Degree Research (HDR) programs at the UNSW Business School means that some changes to the UNSW Global English courses preparing students for entry are also needed. ? The new IELTS entry requirements for the University English Entry Course (UEEC) and the Essential Academic English Course (EAE) for entry into UNSW Business School Postgraduate Coursework and HDR programs commencing semester 1/2018 onwards are: The new requirements for these students will apply to the UEEC from 31 July 2017 and to EAE from 22 May 2017. Enrolments and offers for these courses in place as of today will be honoured, with students able to enter Semester 1, 2018 with the current UEEC grade requirement of C+ and Writing C. ?
