今天就跟大家分享一個移民專業(yè)的新貴，工程造價師，部分學(xué)校master申請無需本科相關(guān)背景。

01 工程造價師

工程造價師在澳大利亞也被稱為“建筑經(jīng)濟(jì)師”、“工程成本經(jīng)理”，是建筑行業(yè)內(nèi)的專業(yè)咨詢師，主要負(fù)責(zé)工程從投標(biāo)準(zhǔn)備、項目建造到最終完成整個過程中的成本預(yù)算和監(jiān)控。

工程完工后，還會參與稅收折舊流程，為算出工程保險而做出重置成本估算，有必要的話，還要參與各方的調(diào)解和仲裁工作。

02 職業(yè)發(fā)展

工程造價師主要就職在建筑及基建工程領(lǐng)域的公共或私營企業(yè)做老板的專業(yè)顧問。

他們也時常在在房產(chǎn)建筑的科研領(lǐng)域扮演學(xué)者的角色，或者和開發(fā)商一起作為項目經(jīng)理在金融機(jī)構(gòu)工作。

03 學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容

作為工科與商科的有機(jī)結(jié)合，工程造價專業(yè)并不像土木工程那樣，需要學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)詳細(xì)的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)和材料用料原理。

它只要求學(xué)生能夠掌握建筑的基本知識，以便能夠?qū)φ麄€建筑項目的用料和投入進(jìn)行金錢方面的成本計算和統(tǒng)籌管理，并進(jìn)一步對項目從投標(biāo)立項到最后完成銷售等做策略上的安排。

04 移民評估

在澳洲，工程造價師的移民評估機(jī)構(gòu)是澳大利亞工程造價師協(xié)會（AIQS），

AIQS對工程造價師評估要求如下：

1. 學(xué)歷要求：Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and Economics 本科或碩士學(xué)位。

2. 語言要求：如果你有澳洲學(xué)歷，可以免除語言要求。
