2017年澳洲簽證指南：請(qǐng)問(wèn)857的2年限制如何算？

網(wǎng)友a(bǔ)gouau的下簽信上說(shuō) 如果在簽證獲批后的2年內(nèi)離開這個(gè)職位，簽證有可能會(huì)被取消 。但移民局網(wǎng)站上寫的很模糊，好多處都沒(méi)說(shuō)是獲簽后。民間更是各種說(shuō)法都有，所來(lái)來(lái)澳際論壇問(wèn)問(wèn)有沒(méi)有人知道比較權(quán)威的說(shuō)法？新來(lái)的小老板很操蛋，實(shí)在干不下去了，要不是PR的問(wèn)題，早就摔桌子走人了，要是從獲簽后開始算的話，那還剩20個(gè)月，我都快瘋了。要是從入職開始算馬上就兩年了，要是后者，我的生活還有個(gè)盼頭，否則真是要死人了。

看了移民法，還是不清楚，這不是說(shuō)（2 years starting on the day the person commenced that employment）嗎，還是說(shuō)這個(gè)commence不是指實(shí)際的commence，而是簽證要求的6個(gè)月內(nèi)必須commence的commence？求靠譜的解釋。

（2）The Ministermay cancel a regional sponsored employmentvisa held by aperson if：

（a）the Minister is satisfied that：

（i）the person commenced the employment rerred to in there levant employer nomination（whether or not within the period prescribed by there gulations）；and

（ii）the employment terminated with in the period（there quired employment period）of 2 years starting on the day the person commenced that employment；and

（b） the person does not satisfy the Minister that he or she has made a genuine fort to be engaged in that employment for the required employment period.
