2017年加拿大商務(wù)簽證申請介紹

　　加拿大商務(wù)簽證，也叫加拿大訪商務(wù)問簽證，是一種加拿大臨時(shí)訪問簽證，適用于商業(yè)人士到加拿大進(jìn)行商務(wù)考察活動(dòng)。商務(wù)考察主要指有關(guān)人員因公務(wù)或個(gè)人原因去加拿大從事投資、貿(mào)易、會議、展覽、勞務(wù)等方面事務(wù)所進(jìn)行的實(shí)地考察或洽談。

　　加拿大商務(wù)簽證申請者除了需要符合加拿大臨時(shí)訪問簽證的基本要求并提供訪問簽證必須提供的材料外，還需要提供如下特定材料。

　　1.Original passport or travel document including at least one blank page, and valid for at least one month from the date you intend to leave Canada.

　　2. our passport-size photos (colour or black and white) taken within the past 6 months and including the date of birth (day/month/year) and applicant’s name clearly printed in pinyin on the back of each photo.

　　5.Two signed (original signature) and dated copies of “Application for Temporary Resident Visa” Form (English/French), including your employer’s telephone and fax numbers in box 10.

　　7.One completed copy of “Business Delegation Additional Information” form.

　　8.One (original or faxed) letter of invitation per delegation from the party in Canada. The invitation letter must come from the party with whom the applicant will conduct direct business. This excludes third parties who are only arranging or facilitating the business meetings. The letter must include all of the following information:

　　一份由加方出具的邀請信(原件或傳真)。該邀請信須為與申請人進(jìn)行直接業(yè)務(wù)往來的一方所出具，而非來自于只協(xié)助安排商務(wù)會議的第三方出具。該信須包含以下信息：

　　a) Inviter’s full name and title, business address, contact telephone and fax numbers;

　　b) The names and titles of all members of the delegation, as well as the name(s) of their employers(s);

　　c) A bri summary of the reason for extending the invitation, and details of the business or trade to be undertaken

　　d) The intended duration of the visit, as well as a detailed itinerary;

　　e) A statement specifying who will be responsible for all expenses related to the trip;

　　9. Parental Letter of Consent authorizing travel for children under the age of 18 years.

　　10.A completed form “Use of a Representative” if applicable.

　　11.For applicants travelling on private passports, a signed original letter on letterhead paper from the Chinese employer indicating that the proposed travel to Canada has been approved for the purpose indicated in the invitation. This letter must include the employer’s name and address in Chinese characters as well as telephone and fax number. The applicant’s position, salary and date of hire must also be noted.

　　12 Where applicable, copies of contracts and/or agreements signed between the Canadian inviter and the Chinese enterprise as well as proof of trade between the businesses.

　　Business persons intending to invest in Canada must also provide evidence of sufficient assets to make the proposed investment (e.g. business registration, articles of association, company tax receipts, sales contracts, balance sheets, company brochures, etc.)

　　Note/If you intend to travel to the United States during your visit to Canada, you do not need a multiple-entry visa in order to re-enter Canada directly from the United States during the period for which you were originally admitted to Canada.

　　Please note that where a multiple entry visa is paid for but, at the discretion of the visa officer, a single-entry visa is issued, the fee difference will not be runded. Moreover, the processing fee is non-rundable for any application that is withdrawn orrused.
