　　Through my teaching experiences in these years, Miss x is one of the brightest students whom I have met. I taught her the core courses of Fine Organic Synthesis one year ago. 　　In the class I taught, Miss x was always the most active student. Unlike most other students, she always discussed with me, and was extremely courageous to challenge authoritative academic concepts, questioning the textbook materials from some original and creative thinking perspective. Through our talk, I found that Miss x has super high academic savvy and excellent knowledge framework. She showed great interests in the subject and worked very hard in the course. As you know, our department is the leading chemical engineering department in China, and the competition within is very fierce. However, her hard work had been reward. She got high marks in the final exam and ranked 5 out of 52 in the class in GPA.

　　Not only was Miss x good at academic performance, but also had she a strong enthusiasm to put her analytical skills into research. I ever assigned a task to my students about searching the detailed scheme of some complicated synthesis and composed essays about them. It is a cooperative work. It was not an easy stuff that her essay was not excellent enough at first. But she rused to admit deat and asked me to give her more time.
