　　Body1: in the old days, criminals be send to prison without education, they will commit a crime again after release, become to recidivism, so keep them in the prison is not the best way.

　　Body2: as there are a lot of recidivisms, set up rehabilitation program such as anger management will be a good way to help the inmate control themselves.

　　Body3: the reason they cannot get a job after release is because they don’t have employable skills. So prison can open vocational training class to help the criminals gain some ability to get a job afterwards.

　　Conclusion: education and job training are better than just lock them in the cells.
