　　50. 新經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)

　　還有一個(gè)!!是說(shuō)有一個(gè)地方想要發(fā)展新的什么什么，反正類似于新經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)之類的東西，然后這個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展起來(lái)之后可以sustain之前的tax rate然后政府的tax revenue就會(huì)上升，但是從長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看很多政府并不愿意這樣做，因?yàn)槭菦](méi)有利益的，問(wèn)為什么。。。

　　這樣回想一下我真的考到了好多explain的題啊
