　　V1 the managers in annual reports claim that the company should buy the precious metals such as gold, silver,etc beacuse they prediciate the company will have a great growhth and these raw materials will rise sharply.

　　V2“cell phone manufacturing requires a large variety of precious and expensive metasl, such like gold, silver and copper. 在過(guò)去的數(shù)年中，我們公司已經(jīng)進(jìn)行過(guò)對(duì)此類貴重金屬的購(gòu)買， and we found the price of these metals sometimes changed dramatically. 而且我們forcast a growth of our cell phone division and high-volume pruchasing looking strong. 如果我們購(gòu)買(并且?guī)齑?) a large amount fo these metals, 就可以lock our costs. By doing so, we can lock in our cost savings and guarantee a high-level profit.”

　　V3 因?yàn)閏ell phone的原材料金屬很貴，且金屬的價(jià)格此起彼伏dramatically 為了防止其對(duì)什么的影響和保護(hù)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)線 所以stockholder決定lock in the cost for those materials(沒(méi)搞懂lock in有啥特別意思)，這樣可以把lock in 的savings用作以后來(lái)保證產(chǎn)業(yè)的高利潤(rùn)(收入)。

　　V4 有個(gè)report說(shuō)手機(jī)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程需要一些昂貴的稀有金屬，類似于金銀神馬的，廠商說(shuō)過(guò)去十年中他們對(duì)金屬的需求一直擴(kuò)大，在此過(guò)程中見(jiàn)證了金屬價(jià)格的大幅的上升與下跌。由于他們預(yù)測(cè)此后他們對(duì)手機(jī)的生產(chǎn)仍會(huì)擴(kuò)大對(duì)金屬的需求將會(huì)一直很大，廠商認(rèn)為此時(shí)買下現(xiàn)在生產(chǎn)線上需要的large quantity of metals是明智的，將會(huì)lock成本，并且guarantee a high profit in the future.

　　V5生產(chǎn)手機(jī)需要大量的金屬，比如金銀之類的，在過(guò)去十年中廠商對(duì)這些原材料的需求不斷增加，并且因此影響到這些金屬的價(jià)格大幅度變動(dòng)。由于預(yù)測(cè)說(shuō)今后手機(jī)需求將繼續(xù)不斷增加并且對(duì)原材料的購(gòu)買也將不斷增加，因此可以考慮通過(guò)在現(xiàn)在大量購(gòu)買這些原材料作為lock in the cost來(lái)節(jié)約成本，從而爭(zhēng)取更大的利潤(rùn)。

　　1. 時(shí)間全等: 過(guò)去幾年漲價(jià)不代表未來(lái)會(huì)漲價(jià)，如果跌價(jià)會(huì)給工廠照成損失

　　2. 充分必要條件:提前購(gòu)入材料 并不是 保證利潤(rùn)的唯一條件。因?yàn)閮r(jià)格波動(dòng)可能上浮或下降 該貴金屬是否在決定手機(jī)成本中起重要作用?可能影響甚微

　　3. 還有公司所做forecast的可靠性:他們是根據(jù)什么資料來(lái)做的， 具不具有普遍性?

　　4. 無(wú)關(guān)假設(shè): 提前購(gòu)買 就一定會(huì) 保證利潤(rùn)。副作用： 貴重金屬存儲(chǔ)與看護(hù)需要額外的勞動(dòng)力和倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)資金.這增加了隱形成本.
