　　酒店前臺的工作人員可能跟客人交流的內(nèi)容并不多，但是下面這些話應(yīng)該是經(jīng)常會用到的。

　　What name is the reservation under?

　　您預(yù)訂時用的名字是?

　　How long will you be staying?

　　您打算住多久?

　　Are you planning on checking out tomorrow?

　　您打算明天就離開嗎?

　　I&aposm afraid you can&apost check in until after 4:00 pm.

　　恐怕您只能在下午四點以后才能入住。

　　Complimentary breakfast is served in the lobby between 8 and 10 am.

　　您可以在早晨8點到10點到大廳享受住宿附送的早餐。

　　I&aposll give you two room keys.

　　我會給您兩套房間鑰匙。

　　The dining room is on the main floor at the end of the hall.

　　餐廳在一層大廳最里面。

　　The weight room and sauna are on the top floor.

　　健身房和桑拿室在頂層。

　　Just call the front desk if you need any extra towels or pillows.
