  Step 1: Take a break.

  You got to know when to stop. Stop receiving information when you feel a headache coming and when you can&apost understand what&aposs being said anymore.

  Step 2: Prioritize.

  第二步:優(yōu)先排序。

  Information overload syndrome can also result from your own last-minute decisions. It might be second nature to you; but if you want to avoid unnecessary headaches and stress, avoid cramming every single time there&aposs a test or a presentation due.

  你自己最后一刻的決定也會導致信息超載綜合征。最后一刻做決定可能是你的第二本性,但是,如果你想避免不必要的頭痛和壓力,就不要在每次快考試或要做演示時才抱佛腳。

  Learn to prepare early and prioritize. Do what needs to be done first instead of choking your mind with all sorts of unrelated information when you realize that there&aposs still so much to learn and so little time.

  要學會提早準備并且優(yōu)先排序。要做的事情很多而時間又很少的時候,就要先做那些需要最先完成的事情,而不是滿腦子堆滿那些毫無關聯(lián)的信息。
