2017美國(guó)公共衛(wèi)生專業(yè)典型學(xué)校錄取分析

典型學(xué)校錄取分析，主要包括Johns Hopkins University、Pittsburgh、University of North Texas Health Science Center三所學(xué)校。

1. Johns Hopkins University

Johns Hopkins 是公衛(wèi)專業(yè)里面的NO.1 , JHU的公衛(wèi)學(xué)院設(shè)置的專業(yè)分支比較細(xì)致, 即使已經(jīng)有流行病學(xué)這個(gè)分支, 但是學(xué)校還是另外設(shè)有把微生物技術(shù)結(jié)合了免疫學(xué)的方向。JHU的School of Public Health包括公衛(wèi)的傳統(tǒng)Department，例如： Biostatistics、Environmental Health Sciences、Epidemiology、Health，Behavior and Society、Health Policy and Management、International Health、Mental Health、Population, Family and Reproductive Health。除此之外，JHU的School of Public Health還有兩個(gè)特別的分支：Department:Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Department of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology。

JHU School of Public Health的大部分專業(yè)對(duì)托福的要求是IBT100，GRE required但是沒有注明具體分?jǐn)?shù)要求，成績(jī)單需要WES認(rèn)證。JHU的Public Health不需要通過SOPHAS來申請(qǐng)(關(guān)于SOPHAS系統(tǒng)，我會(huì)在附件介紹)。

JHU的學(xué)費(fèi)也是貴的出名，公衛(wèi)學(xué)院的tuition fee 是JH Full-time tuition: $8,736 per term，一年有五個(gè)TERM，這樣算下來一年要將近5W刀!

JHU School of Public Health的Doctoral Program有PhD、The Doctor of Public Health(DrPH)、The Doctor of Science(ScD)。

JHU School of Public Health的Master Program有The Master of Health Administration (MHA)、The Master of Health Science (MHS)、The Master of Public Health (MPH)、The Master of Science (ScM) 。

除此之外，JHU的公衛(wèi)學(xué)院還有一些Combined Program，比如MPH/ DrPH,MPH/ MBA,MPH/ MSW,MPH/ MSN,MPH/ JD,MPH/ RD,MA/ MHS,BA/ MHS,MHS/ MSSI,MHS/ RD,MD/ PhD,ScM/ PhD,MHS/ Doctoral。

2. Pittsburgh

School of Public Health at University of Pittsburgh設(shè)置的Department包括公衛(wèi)最常見的Epidemiology、Biostatistics、Health Policy Management、Behavioral and Community Health Science、Environmental and Occupational Health，同JHU相似，它還有兩個(gè)特別的分支Human Genetics與Infectious Diseases and Microbiology。

從School of Public Health at University of Pittsburgh的錄取要求上來看，Pittsburgh大部分Department公衛(wèi)的MPH，PhD，DrPH學(xué)位是需要GRE成績(jī)的，而MSc與MHA(Master of Health Administration)對(duì)GRE不做要求，除了MSc in Epidemiology必須要求GRE。

IBT要求是80 for Admission，但是如果registration at GSPH需要IBT 100，如果沒到100 must be tested for English proficiency by the University s English Language Institute (ELI)。

Pittsburgh的公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院是一定要通過SOPHAS來申請(qǐng)的，就是說成績(jī)單和GT分?jǐn)?shù)要寄到SOPHAS。

3. University of North Texas Health Science Center

Departments：Department of Biostatistics、Department of Environmental and Occupational Health Science、Department of Epidemiology、Department of Health Management and Policy、Department of Social and Behavioral Science。

Degree：MHA(Master of Health Administration)、MPH、DrPH、D.O./M.P.H. Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine/Master in Public Health、M.S./M.P.H. Master in Science-Applied Anthropology/Master in Public Health-Health Management Policy、M.S.N./M.P.H. Master of Science in Nursing/Masters in Public Health-Community Health。

Admission Requirements：IBT 79，GRE is required，一定要通過SOPHAS申請(qǐng)。
