　　SECOND STEP — COME TO MOSCOW, RUSSIA AND BRING ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WITH YOU

　　THIRD STEP — PROVIDE THE FACULTY WITH ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

　　1.Application ;

　　2.Official copy of Your academic record with the notarized translation into Russian;

　　3.Statements of equivalence of the education certificate ;

　　4.Medical certificate given by Medical facilities, confirming that You do not have contraindications for studies in the Russian Federation and at the faculty You are applying to;

　　5.The AIDS test result confirming that You do not have AIDS, valid on the territory of the Russian Federation;

　　6.Passport with visa and migration card;

　　7.Six 3x4 cm photographs.

　　8.The Faculty has the right to require additional information.

　　2.學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)正式復(fù)印件，需要翻譯為俄語(yǔ)并公證

　　3.同等教育學(xué)力證明

　　4.健康證明，用以表明你沒(méi)有禁忌，可以在俄羅斯和你申請(qǐng)的院系學(xué)習(xí)

　　5.艾滋病檢測(cè)報(bào)告，用以表明你沒(méi)有艾滋病

　　6.護(hù)照、簽證、移民卡

　　7.6張 3x4 厘米照片

　　8.院系有權(quán)要求提交其他材料

　　FORTH STEP — SUCCESSFULLY PASS EXAMS

　　FIFTH STEP — RECEIVE THE INVITATION LETTER

　　To get a letter of invitation, necessary for receiving a student visa, please send the following documents to the Department of international studies of the chosen faculty:

　　為了取得邀請(qǐng)函以便辦理學(xué)生簽證，請(qǐng)將以下材料通過(guò)郵件、傳真、電郵等方式發(fā)至院系的國(guó)際事務(wù)辦公室：

　　1.application form;

　　2.a notarized copy of the University diploma or notarized translation of Your diploma

　　3.photocopy of the first two pages of Your passport.

　　Upon consideration of Your documents You will be sent the letter of invitation. Please find out the details of getting visa in the Russian Embassy in Your country. It takes about 45 days to get the letter of invitation, that is why You are recommended to send all the documents as soon as possible.

　　SIXTH STEP — CONCLUDE THE AGREEMENT WITH THE FACULTY

　　The Agreement would be concluded on the Faculty that You are applying to.

　　For that You need to:

　　Pass all exams successfully

　　Bring the set of documents

　　Pay study fee

　　The translation of the academic documents into Russian must be notarized in Russia or certified by the Russian Embassy or Consulate in the country where documents were issued.

　　The AIDS and other medical tests must be made in one of the MSU hospitals.

　　If Your university issuing Your documents with the delay, Your university should supply You with a substantial letter proving that You will receive Your diploma and specify the date.

　　Health insurance or contract for medical service — from 8500 RUR.

　　Plus additional spendings on translation and legalization of the academic documents, food, transportation, etc.
