加拿大留學(xué)卡爾頓大學(xué)獎學(xué)金介紹
卡爾頓大學(xué)對于學(xué)術(shù)成績優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生提供相當(dāng)數(shù)量的獎學(xué)金和助學(xué)金來減少他們大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的費用，除此之外，對于經(jīng)濟上有困難的學(xué)生，學(xué)校還會提供各種形式的貸款來幫助學(xué)生順利地完成他們的學(xué)業(yè)。2010-2011學(xué)年，卡爾頓大學(xué)給超過10,500名的本科新生及在校生提供的各類獎助學(xué)金價值高達1,580萬加元之多。對于國際留學(xué)生學(xué)校也提供一定的獎學(xué)金項目，但數(shù)量有限。本科生入學(xué)時，學(xué)校會根據(jù)其學(xué)術(shù)及語言的綜合情況自動授予形式多樣的入學(xué)獎學(xué)金，而沒有獲得入學(xué)獎學(xué)金的同學(xué)，如果第一年的學(xué)業(yè)成績達到A-的水平，學(xué)校會自動授予In-Course獎學(xué)金。完成一年學(xué)業(yè)后，對于經(jīng)濟出現(xiàn)困難的同學(xué)，學(xué)校還提供價值從$500 到 $1,000不等的助學(xué)金。此助學(xué)金須提前申請。
本科生：
卡爾頓大學(xué)對本科生的的獎學(xué)金項目有：Entrance Scholarships、Prestige Scholarships、Sprott Scholarship for Excellence、Arthur Kroeger College National Scholarships、In-Course Scholarships等等。
Entrance Scholarships:
學(xué)校對入學(xué)平均成績在80%以上的申請者會自動考慮授予Entrance Scholarships。其中2012-2013學(xué)年學(xué)校提供的Entrance Scholarships的情況可參見下表：

研究生：
一般來說，對于海外留學(xué)生學(xué)校會根據(jù)學(xué)生的學(xué)術(shù)情況提供Teaching assistantship、Research assistantship及merit scholarships。Merit Scholarships一年大約在一千加元到一萬二千加元不等。此類獎項面向海外學(xué)生的名額非常有限;提供給非常出色的學(xué)生，不需申請，學(xué)校會在入學(xué)通知上告知。另外學(xué)生也可申請來自校外機構(gòu)或組織提供的獎項，如 Ontario Graduate Scholarships 和 Ontario Trillium Scholarships。
