　　二、專業(yè)一句話定義：

　　資本市場：是長期資金市場。是指證券融資和經(jīng)營一年以上的資金借貸和證券交易的場所，也稱中長期資金市場。

　　財務風險管理：財務風險管理是指經(jīng)營主體對其理財過程中存在的各種風險進行識別、度量和分析評價，并適時采取及時有效的方法進行防范和控制，以經(jīng)濟合理可行的方法進行處理，以保障理財活動安全正常開展，保證其經(jīng)濟利益免受損失的管理過程。

　　金融風險管理：金融風險管理就是金融市場上營利性組織和非營利性組織衡量和控制風險及回報之間的得失，金融風險管理包括對金融風險的識別、度量和控制。

　　投資管理：一項針對證券及資產(chǎn)的金融服務，以投資者利益出發(fā)并達致投資目標。投資者可以是機構譬如保險公司、退休基金及公司或者是私人投資者。

　　金融監(jiān)管：金融監(jiān)管是金融監(jiān)督和金融管理的總稱。
