  聽音樂也能學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)哦

It’s a well-known fact that music can be an effective tool for learning a foreign language. Like original-version films, song lyrics are a good source of vocabulary and expressions that you can memorize—and have fun doing so. Furthermore, listening to or humming foreign songs helps you improve your pronunciation.

  眾所周知,音樂是學(xué)習(xí)外語(yǔ)一種有效的工具。就如同原版電影一樣,歌詞里的豐富詞匯和表達(dá)供你記憶,——并且能讓你樂在其中。不僅如此,聽或者哼唱外語(yǔ)歌曲能夠改善你的發(fā)音。

Learning a language while listening to music: How to get better results?

  在聽音樂的同時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)一門語(yǔ)言:如何能夠得得到更好的結(jié)果呢?

When listening to a foreign-language song, we too often don’t pay enough attention to the lyrics (passive listening). Consequently, this doesn’t help us improve our level of language. Here are 5 steps to optimizing your learning with music and enjoying yourself at the same time:

  當(dāng)我們?cè)诼犚皇淄庹Z(yǔ)歌曲的時(shí)候,我們對(duì)于歌詞常常不會(huì)太注意(被動(dòng)傾聽)。所以這樣的聽歌方式并不能提升我們的語(yǔ)言水平。以下是能夠讓你在享受音樂的同時(shí)優(yōu)化外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的五個(gè)步驟:

  1. Choose a song that you like

  選一首你喜歡的歌曲

You don’t have to go out of your way to find music to listen to. Instead, you should start with songs that you already listen to. Then, look up the lyrics to the songs you like.

  你不必花費(fèi)額外的精力去尋找音樂來聽,而是應(yīng)該從你已經(jīng)聽過的歌曲開始,然后開始查閱你所喜歡的歌曲歌詞。

  2. Try to sing or hum the song without looking

  盡量不看歌詞聽歌哼曲

If you want to improve your pronunciation, you should sing the song—trying your best to pronounce the words properly—without reading the lyrics. In fact, as soon as you try to sing the song by reading the lyrics, you’ll pick back up your bad pronunciation habits. It’s O.K. if you don’t understand the meaning of what you’re singing: The point of this step is to pronounce the words well.

  如果你想要完善你的發(fā)音,你應(yīng)該唱出這首歌曲——竭盡所能去正確地發(fā)出每個(gè)單詞的讀音,而不是讀歌詞。實(shí)際上,一旦你念著歌詞唱歌,就等于在重拾你那糟糕的發(fā)音習(xí)慣。即使你不明白你所唱的歌詞內(nèi)容也無(wú)所謂:這一步驟的關(guān)鍵是正確的發(fā)音。

  3. Look up the lyrics

  查閱歌詞

Next, you can look up the lyrics on the Internet. To do this, Google “l(fā)yrics Name of Song” (or letras = “l(fā)yrics” in Spanish, or paroles in French). If you need a translation, search “translation lyrics Name of Song” to find what you’re looking for in just a few clicks.

  接下來你就可以在網(wǎng)上查閱歌詞了。用谷歌中搜索“l(fā)yrics(歌詞) 曲名”(西班牙語(yǔ)的歌詞輸“l(fā)etras”,法語(yǔ)歌詞輸“paroles”)。如果需要歌詞的譯文,可以搜索“translation lyrics(歌詞翻譯) 曲名”,這樣輕點(diǎn)鼠標(biāo),即得所需。

  4. Listen to the song while reading the lyrics

  邊聽歌邊看歌詞

When you actually listen to the music with the lyrics, you’ll be surprised at how many words and phrases you already knew, but just hadn’t realized until now. (It’s not always easy to understand the lyrics of a foreign-language song on your own.)

  當(dāng)你看著歌詞聽音樂的時(shí)候,你會(huì)驚訝地發(fā)現(xiàn)你已經(jīng)知道那么多單詞和詞組,只是你還沒有意識(shí)到罷了。(靠自己來理解一首歌的歌詞往往并不容易。)

  5. Listen to the song again and sing along

  反復(fù)聽歌并跟唱

Now that you know the words and have grasped the general meaning of the song, you can continue to listen to the song while singing along. Once you’re fixed on your favorite song, you’ll certainly want to sing it while driving or taking a shower, before you know it, you’ll have memorized the song!

  既然現(xiàn)在你已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)了這些單詞,且能把握這首歌曲的大意,你可以繼續(xù)聽且跟著唱了。一旦你專注于你最愛的那首歌時(shí),你肯定會(huì)不由自主地在開車、洗澡或者其他時(shí)候唱出來。在你還沒意識(shí)到的時(shí)候,自己已經(jīng)牢牢記住了這首歌哦!

Repetition is one of the fundamental pillars of memorization. If you follow these 5 steps, I can guarantee that you’ll significantly improve. Learning a language with music is fun and takes minimal effort.

  重復(fù)是記憶的基本支柱之一。如果你遵循這五個(gè)步驟,我可以向你保證你將會(huì)有顯著的進(jìn)步。跟著音樂學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言不僅是一件趣事也是一件易事。這也是對(duì)于MosaLingua間歇重復(fù)記憶法很好的補(bǔ)充。
