大家有看過北京衛(wèi)視頻道的養(yǎng)生堂節(jié)目嗎?這是一個老少都愛看的關(guān)于健康知識的節(jié)目,里面常常會請到北京協(xié)和醫(yī)院臨床營養(yǎng)科教授,主任醫(yī)師營養(yǎng)科副主任,北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院臨床營養(yǎng)學(xué)教授于康老師在節(jié)目上介紹各種對于飲食的認識,營養(yǎng)的搭配以及通過飲食來提高自身的身體健康指標等等。同時他也提到了隨著現(xiàn)在的社會發(fā)展,高強度的工作壓力和社會環(huán)境,越來越多的人開始重視自身的身體狀況,但是國人對于營養(yǎng)的認知是不夠的,早在西方國家很早就開始注重飲食營養(yǎng)的搭配,我國是最近幾年才開始慢慢的讓大家開始熟悉營養(yǎng)方面的知識,但是還需要更多的普及和大家的關(guān)注,也需要更多人來推廣營養(yǎng)對于我們生活質(zhì)量的提高,身心的健康是密不可分的。
隨著社會的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的營養(yǎng)概念和原有的生活方式已不能適應(yīng)人民的需要,例如飲食營養(yǎng)不平衡,脂肪攝入過多等,嚴重危害了人體的健康,人們開始注意飲食保健,要求增加營養(yǎng)保健知識,并需專門人才進行指導(dǎo)和研究。例如區(qū)級醫(yī)院、社區(qū)服務(wù)中心等都需要懂臨床又懂營養(yǎng)的專業(yè)醫(yī)師。我國營養(yǎng)學(xué)

營養(yǎng)師水平普遍不高。營養(yǎng)學(xué)專業(yè)就業(yè)前景有關(guān)行業(yè)報告顯示,目前,我國以營養(yǎng)師為主體的營養(yǎng)指導(dǎo)專業(yè)人士奇缺,世界健康咨詢師聯(lián)合會透露,我國營養(yǎng)保健專業(yè)人員現(xiàn)在有4000人左右,即每30萬人一名營養(yǎng)師。在這有限的4000人當中,也是半路出家的居多,專業(yè)人士很少。這與瑞士、日本等發(fā)達國家相差甚遠,日本的營養(yǎng)師數(shù)量在40萬人以上,平均三四百個人就有一個營養(yǎng)師。日本是世界上人均壽命最長的國家。按照其每300人配備1名營養(yǎng)師的現(xiàn)行比例推算,我國營養(yǎng)師行業(yè)有400萬個工作機會虛席以待。權(quán)威機構(gòu)預(yù)測,營養(yǎng)師將是我國未來最熱門的職業(yè)之一,具有廣泛的社會需求及良好的就業(yè)前景。建議大家網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索下《財富第五波》就明白營養(yǎng)學(xué)的前景有多大了。下一個兆億美元的產(chǎn)業(yè)正在萌芽,這個產(chǎn)業(yè)將深入我們生活的各層面,并在十年內(nèi)創(chuàng)造一兆美元的商機。但我們今天渾然不知,就像不知道1908年的汽車業(yè)或1981年的個人計算機會帶來龐大的商機一樣?!?br />

?澳洲營養(yǎng)師協(xié)會(Dietitians Association of Australia,簡稱DAA)是國家專業(yè)機構(gòu),成立于1976年。除了培養(yǎng)大批的營養(yǎng)師人才外,還對以營養(yǎng)師為提名的移民申請人士提供評估。營養(yǎng)師協(xié)會的會員主要分為兩種,一種是具有專業(yè)認證資格證書的會員,另一種是沒有專業(yè)認證資格證書的會員。要成為專業(yè)資格認證的會員,就必須具備以下條件之一:
- 本科學(xué)位是理學(xué)學(xué)士(Bachelor of Science),而碩士學(xué)位是被DAA 認證的。
- 或者本科學(xué)位直接是被DAA認證的;或者通過DAA監(jiān)管的專業(yè)考試。
- 正在學(xué)習(xí)DDA認可的課程,或者成功地通過了DDA監(jiān)管的專業(yè)考試。

如果你目前所讀的課程沒有收到DAA的認證,但是你的專業(yè)是人類營養(yǎng)學(xué),食品科學(xué),食品技術(shù)等專業(yè),并且在澳洲相關(guān)的行業(yè)中對人類的食品和營養(yǎng)方面有,就有資格成為DAA的準會員。
如果你的本科學(xué)位或者是碩士學(xué)位是被DAA認可的,那么你就有資格向他們提出技術(shù)評估。但是如果你拿的是海外的學(xué)位,大學(xué)課程的授課語言不是英語,并且沒有在英語為第一語言的國家工作兩年以上,那么你除了需要滿足英語方面的要求外,還需要通過DAA指定的考試。

This program helps you to develop and further your career in public health practice, research and/or management. 悉尼大學(xué):master of nutrition and dietetics? 2年學(xué)制
The Master of Nutrition and Dietetics provides professional education for dietitians and nutritionists. It builds on major concepts from the study of human biochemistry and physiology to discuss the roles of all nutrients, nutritional contents of food and diet in health and disease. The program includes all the units of study to ensure you reach dietetics competence including public health, medical nutrition therapy, food service management, communication, management, and research and evaluation.
The course is accredited by the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).
臥龍崗大學(xué):Master of nutrition and dietetics 2年學(xué)制
The primary aim of the Master of Nutrition & Dietetics is to prepare graduates to be professional dietitian-nutritionists, eligible for membership to the Dietitians' Association of Australia.
