面簽3次均被拒 美國留學(xué)大逆轉(zhuǎn)

　　美國簽證政策對中國學(xué)生來說，基本上是比較寬松的趨勢。即使是有過被拒簽的經(jīng)歷，通過澳際留學(xué)簽證專家的分析與指導(dǎo)，最終獲簽的希望也是很大的。下面，小編和大家分享一則比較典型的、有拒簽史但成功申請到美國留學(xué)簽證的案例?！?/p>

　　背景分析

　　·1992年1月出生，母親在她很小的時候去世，父親在3年前也去世，留了一些遺產(chǎn)給學(xué)生。后父親的弟弟為其監(jiān)護人。

　　·學(xué)生初中畢業(yè)以后，考入一所藝校性質(zhì)的高中，后考入北京某音樂?？茖W(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)音樂表演。

　　·于2012年上半年在某中介公司申請學(xué)校，申請專業(yè)Journalism，面簽3次，被拒。

　　*拒簽原因：1. Journalism需要一定的英文水平，學(xué)生當(dāng)時沒有任何語言成績，無論是口語還是寫作都沒有能力可以學(xué)習(xí)此專業(yè)，簽證官明確地告訴學(xué)生你根本學(xué)習(xí)不了這個專業(yè)。2. 該中介公司要求學(xué)生把其父親的存款轉(zhuǎn)移到其現(xiàn)監(jiān)護人，也就是其叔叔的名下，這樣就說他的叔叔支付他的學(xué)習(xí)費用，以致造成簽證官懷疑，為什么學(xué)生的叔叔不支付自己子女出國留學(xué)。

　　·學(xué)生大專畢業(yè)后，開始在澳際語言學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)英語，并在11月份考取一個雅思4分成績。

　　·2012年12月底開始準(zhǔn)備面簽事宜。

　　指導(dǎo)思路

　　·如實體現(xiàn)學(xué)生的家庭背景、教育背景、財產(chǎn)狀況。

　　面簽經(jīng)過（Vo=Visa Officer G=Guan Songhao）

　　Vo:Are you a student?

　　G: Yes

　　Vo:What is your major?

　　G: Music Performance

　　Vo:Did you graduate?

　　G:yes.

　　Vo:What did you sing in order to get the graduation certificate?

　　G:我最親愛的(意大利歌曲，學(xué)生用意語說的)

　　Vo: Have you performed bore?

　　G:Yes, here is the pictures.

　　Vo:Where did you perform?

　　G: the national Grand Theater，my college

　　Vo:Have you ever been rused 3 times?

　　G:Yes

　　Vo:Why did you choose Journalism as your major?

　　G:Because my families think Journalism can find a job easily.But I love music, I started to learn music since I was 7, and I want to be a teacher when I come back, and I want to organize a children chorus.

　　Vo:Will you continue to study Vocal Music?

　　G:Yes.

　　Vo:What will you study?

　　G:I will study music theory,....

　　Vo:what's your parents' work?

　　G:my parents past away. My mother died many years ago, and my father raised me up, and he died 3 years ago.

　　Vo:who is your guardian?

　　G:my uncle, here is the material.(監(jiān)護人的證明文件交給簽證官)

　　...

　　Vo:How did you applied the university?

　　G:First...second....third

　　Vo:Did you say sth. about the performing experience to the university?

　　G:yes. I mail the performing experience to the university.

　　簽證官一直敲電腦，不說話，學(xué)生根據(jù)以往經(jīng)驗，如果簽證官開始敲電腦就有可能被拒了。

　　學(xué)生就說：I know it is very stupid to change my major.

　　簽證官笑了一下。接著敲電腦。
