2017年返加簽證和短期學(xué)習(xí)簽證

　　留學(xué)生或者持有工作簽證的人回國或去其他國家后如果希望再次進入加拿大需要申請臨時居民訪問簽證。對于課程不超過6個月的短期學(xué)習(xí)可以不用申請學(xué)習(xí)許可(留學(xué)簽證)，而是申請短期學(xué)習(xí)訪問簽證。

　　申請者除了需要符合加拿大臨時訪問簽證的基本要求并提供訪問簽證必須提供的材料外，還需要通過如下特定材料。

　　留學(xué)生返回加拿大 (持有效的學(xué)習(xí)許可)需要提供材料

　　1. 在加拿大參加過學(xué)習(xí)的所有學(xué)校列表及相應(yīng)的全部官方成績單和注冊證明;

　　2. 加拿大學(xué)習(xí)許可的復(fù)印件。

　　持有效的工作許可返回加拿大工作的人需要提供材料

　　1. 由加拿大雇主出具的證明現(xiàn)存雇傭關(guān)系的信函，信中必須包含你雇主的姓名、地址，及電話和傳真號碼;還須包含申請人的職務(wù)、工資數(shù)額及起始工作日期;

　　2. 加拿大工作許可的復(fù)印件;

　　3. 由加拿大稅務(wù)機構(gòu)出具的收入評估，及/或近年在加拿大雇傭期間的稅單 (T4)和工資單。

　　學(xué)生短期學(xué)習(xí) (課程不超過6個月)需要提供材料

　　1. 學(xué)生父母的雇主用帶有公司信頭的信箋出據(jù)的受雇信原件，注明職務(wù)、工資和起始工作日期;

　　2. 表明目前存款狀況的銀行存款證明，且相應(yīng)錢款至少是12個月以前存入的;

　　3. 錄取通知書;

　　4. 對于有組織的學(xué)生團體：帶有項目詳細介紹的邀請函，參加人員名單，并說明相關(guān)費用及花銷的承擔問題。

　　1. Original passport or travel document including at least one blank page, and valid for at least one month from the date you intend to leave Canada.

　　至少有一頁空白頁的護照或旅行證件原件，此證件有效期至少要持續(xù)到申請人計劃從加拿大離境后的一個月

　　2. Four passport-size photos (colour or black and white) taken within the past 6 months and including the date of birth (day/month/year) and applicant’s name clearly printed in pinyin on the back of each photo.

　　四張在最近六個月內(nèi)拍攝的護照相尺寸的照片(彩色或黑白)并用清晰的印刷體拼音在每張照片后面注明申請人姓名及出生日期(日/月/年)

　　3. Correct application processing fee.

　　正確的申請受理費

　　4. Two self-addressed adhesive labels per person, including the applicant’s name, address and postal code in Chinese characters.

　　兩份用中文寫有申請人姓名，地址及郵編的粘性貼紙

　　5. Two signed (original signature) and dated copies of “Application for Temporary Resident Visa” Form (English/French), including your employer’s telephone and fax numbers in box 10.

　　兩份申請人簽名(原始簽名)、注明日期并在第十欄寫明申請人雇主電話及傳真號的“臨時居住簽證表”(英文/法文)

　　6. One signed (original signature) and dated copy of the “Family Composition/Education and Employment” form (Chinese and English/French).

　　7. Copy of Canadian Work Permit.

　　8. A completed form “Use of a Representative” if applicable.

　　由加拿大雇主簽發(fā)的持續(xù)性工作的在職證明，此證明須包含雇主的姓名、地址、電話和傳真號，以及申請人的職位、薪金及起雇日期。

　　Notice of Assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency, and/or T4 and payslips for most recent year of employment in Canada.

　　由加拿大稅務(wù)總局出具的資產(chǎn)評估報告及/或T4 和過去一年在加拿大受雇期間的工資單

　　10.Note/:If you intend to travel to the United States during your visit to Canada, you do not need a multiple-entry visa in order to re-enter Canada directly from the United States during the period for which you wereoriginally admitted to Canada.

　　注意:如果申請人想在訪問加拿大期間前往美國，在加拿大合法停留期限之內(nèi)從美國再次進入加拿大不需要一個多次入境簽證

　　Please note that where a multiple entry visa is paid for but, at the discretion of the visa officer, a single-entry visa is issued, the fee difference will not be runded. Moreover, the processing fee is non-rundable for any application that is withdrawn orrused.

　　請注意，如果支付了多次入境簽證費用、但是簽證官只考慮簽發(fā)了一個單次入境簽證，費用差異不予退還。并且，任何撤銷或被拒簽的申請受理費也不予退還。

　　10. Original document confirming applicant’s enrolment in the next semester.

　　Note/If you intend to travel to the United States during your visit to Canada, you do not need a multiple-entry visa in order to re-enter Canada directly from the United States during the period for which you were originally admitted to Canada.

　　注意:如果申請人想在訪問加拿大期間前往美國，在加拿大合法停留期限之內(nèi)從美國再次進入加拿大不需要一個多次入境簽證

　　Please note that where a multiple entry visa is paid for but, at the discretion of the visa officer, a single-entry visa is issued,the fee difference will not be runded. Moreover, the processing fee is non-rundable for any application that is withdrawn or rused.

　　請注意，如果支付了多次入境簽證費用、但是簽證官只考慮簽發(fā)了一個單次入境簽證，費用差異不予退還。并且，任何撤銷或被拒簽的申請受理費也不予退還。
