INSEAD 新加坡面經(jīng).

　　申請(qǐng)了2011年1月入學(xué)，剛結(jié)束了兩輪的面試?？傮w上感覺(jué)INSEAD校友非常友善，總結(jié)一下，希望會(huì)對(duì)大家有用：

　　Round 1:

　　時(shí)間：5月10日

　　地點(diǎn)：新加坡

　　面試官：02’校友，中國(guó)人

　　時(shí)間：40分鐘;

　　面試問(wèn)題：

　　Why MBA

　　Why INSEAD;

　　另外就沒(méi)有什么特別的問(wèn)題了，一直圍繞簡(jiǎn)歷上的一些細(xì)節(jié)問(wèn)了很久;沒(méi)有問(wèn)一些很程序化的問(wèn)題。感覺(jué)很隨意。更主要的是跟我分享了很多INSEAD學(xué)校的生活。比如作為學(xué)生，一定要懂得makun，不然其他學(xué)生不會(huì)喜歡你滴。最后送我至電梯口，并祝我好運(yùn)。

　　Round 2:

　　時(shí)間：5月17

　　地點(diǎn)：新加坡

　　面試官：05’校友，意大利人

　　時(shí)間：90分鐘(講地我那個(gè)口干舌燥啊)

　　面試問(wèn)題：

　　Walk me through your resume; why University? WhyMaster? Why company 1? Why company 2? Why company 3? (本人有一個(gè)Master,還在三間公司工作過(guò))

　　Why MBA? / Why Now? / Why INSEAD?

　　Does your company support your MBA initiative?Have you think thoroughly about the ROI of MBA? How do you fund your MBA?

　　Short /long term career goal? Why career goal?

　　What would make your goal likely to fail or succeed?

　　How do you think of your current company?

　　If I am a client, how do you sell yourconsulting service to me? (俺是做consulting的)

　　An experience of cultural shock?

　　The most challenging part of working in a team?How do you reconcile conflicts in the team environment?

　　Your former interactions with INSEAD? Use threewords to describe the INSEAD alumni? Why do you think so? Do thesecharacteristics differentiate INSEAD from other schools?

　　Have you applied other schools? (interestingly,the interviewer did not ask why other schools…)

　　Your extra-curricular activities? Why theseactivities? (汗一個(gè)，喜歡就是喜歡啊。。。后來(lái)一琢磨，他其實(shí)在問(wèn)，你有沒(méi)有利用一些課外活動(dòng)進(jìn)行社交)

　　If you do not proceed with MBA, what would youdo in your career? (這個(gè)有點(diǎn)暈，開始還以為他問(wèn)ifyou were not admitted into INSEAD…)

　　Use one word to describe your passion?

　　Recently, what news captured your attentions?Why?

　　Do you have any questions for me?

　　這位校友非常嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)啊，時(shí)不時(shí)還跟我來(lái)兩段邏輯推理，凡事必定會(huì)問(wèn)why。我那個(gè)口干舌燥啊，不過(guò)最讓我感動(dòng)地是這個(gè)校友寫了滿滿4頁(yè)多。沒(méi)有聽清楚的，必定會(huì)繼續(xù)問(wèn)，直到完全問(wèn)清楚為止。面試完了之后，他說(shuō)自己也沒(méi)有意識(shí)到會(huì)聊這么久;還說(shuō)通常他不會(huì)聊這么久的。最后祝我申請(qǐng)好運(yùn)。
