　　新加坡母子陪讀簽證文件要求

　　1?Duly completed Form 14 * and Appendix (VP) signed by the applicant and a local sponsor (the local sponsor must be either a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident above 21 years old) 填14表，并有申請(qǐng)人，本地21歲以上公民或PR的擔(dān)保人簽名

　　2?Duly completed Form V39i* signed by the local sponsor (Malaysians are not required to complete this form) 本地?fù)?dān)保人填V39i表簽名

　　3?Applicant&aposs travel document (e.g. passport) with at least 6 months validity. A copy of the travel document personal particulars page must be submitted to ICA 申請(qǐng)人還有6月以上有效期的旅行證件(就是護(hù)照)， 照片頁(yè)的復(fù)印件

　　4?Applicant’s Disembarkation/Embarkation (D/E) card with a valid Visit Pass granted on entry into Singapore 入境卡

　　5?The local sponsor’s Identity Card (a copy of the NRIC must be submitted to ICA) 擔(dān)保人的身份證和復(fù)印件

　　6?Applicant&aposs marriage certificate, or if the applicant is divorced, the applicant’s divorce certificate and custody papers of the child (original and photocopy) 申請(qǐng)人結(jié)婚證，離婚的要離婚證和和撫養(yǎng)權(quán)證明原件和復(fù)印件

　　7?If applicant is the mother: Child&aposs birth certificate (original and photocopy), passport, Student&aposs Pass card and Disembarkation/Embarkation card 申請(qǐng)人為母親： 孩子出生證，護(hù)照，學(xué)生準(zhǔn)證，入境卡

　　8?If applicant is the grandmother: Grandchild&aposs and grandchild&aposs parent&aposs birth certificates (original and photocopy), grandchild&aposs passport, Student&aposs Pass card and Disembarkation/Embarkation card 申請(qǐng)人為祖母： 學(xué)生和學(xué)生父母的出生證原件和復(fù)印件，祖母護(hù)照，學(xué)生準(zhǔn)證和入境卡

　　9?One recent passport-sized colour photograph (to be pasted on the top right-hand corner of Form 14) which meets the following requirements: ?Image must be taken within the last 3 months

　　?Photograph should be in colour, must be taken against a white background with a matt or semi-matt finish

　　?Image must show the full face and without headgear (headgear worn in accordance with religious or racial customs is acceptable but must not hide the facial features)

　　1?Applicant is required to have a valid Visit Pass during the stay in Singapore. 申請(qǐng)人必須有有效簽證

　　2?A Local Sponsor (Singapore Citizen (SC) / Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) / Representative of a Singapore-registered company above 21 years old) is required to be present for the submission of all necessary documents for the application of Long-Term Visit Pass. Incomplete submission of documents will result in non-acceptance of the application at the counter. 擔(dān)保人必須提供所有必須文件-擔(dān)保人表上有的

　　3?Applicant must be in possession of a passport issued solely to the applicant. 申請(qǐng)人必須有唯一的護(hù)照

　　4?The Applicant and the Local Sponsor may be requested to turn up for an interview. 申請(qǐng)人和擔(dān)保人可能被要求面談

　　5?All original documents, submitted in support of the applications, must be presented for verification. Official translation of the documents is required if they are not in the English language. 所有原件要被ICA審核，非英文的必須有官方翻譯件(公證)

　　6?Applicant and the Local Sponsor will have to furnish additional documents and information whenever necessary. 申請(qǐng)人和擔(dān)保人在有必要時(shí)需提供額外文件

　　7?ICA may share your personal information with other Government agencies to process any applications you have made or to render you a service, so as to serve you in a most ficient and fective way, unless such sharing is prohibited by legislation. 個(gè)人信息可能會(huì)被ICA共享給其他政府部門

　　8?If the application is subsequently approved, local sponsor/applicant will receive an In-Principle Approval letter that is valid for 2 months from the date of the letter. 如果申請(qǐng)批準(zhǔn)，擔(dān)保人會(huì)收到原則的批準(zhǔn)信

　　9?A medical check-up is required by the Ministry of Health (MOH) for all applications for a Visit Pass of 6 months or more. The applicant will only be informed of the need to go for a medical check-up if approval is granted. This requirement is not applicable to an applicant below 15 years old. 申請(qǐng)批準(zhǔn)后，15歲以上需要體檢

　　1.需要做公證的文件(上海和新加坡均可，一定是要有英文的):

　　結(jié)婚證

　　出生證

　　如時(shí)間充裕，建議新加坡辦，我只知道可以去高等法院。

　　2.財(cái)力證明

　　父母一方的名下半年期定期存款，16萬(wàn)元以上，越高越好，問(wèn)過(guò)招行，出證明一份20元RMB

　　3. 新加坡開(kāi)銀行戶頭

　　拿到學(xué)生準(zhǔn)證后 直接去銀行辦理，可供付學(xué)費(fèi)，母親的可咨詢銀行，銀行肯定會(huì)告知詳細(xì)手續(xù)

　　4.等待陪讀簽證時(shí)合法停留

　　在新加坡合法停留的幾種方式

　　1. 去ICA 延期30天

　　2. 事先辦好馬來(lái)西亞簽證(一般是3月1次旅游簽證，150元)，去馬來(lái)幾天玩玩

　　3. 印尼巴厘島，中國(guó)護(hù)照落地簽，不錯(cuò)的選擇，去找個(gè)旅游公司來(lái)個(gè)3晚左右的行程放松一下。
