　　飛機(jī)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間晚點(diǎn)，因此而變得憤怒的乘客有時(shí)甚至?xí)u擊機(jī)場(chǎng)工作人員，這個(gè)現(xiàn)象逐漸成為中國的另一難題。由于大部分飛機(jī)很難準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)起飛，致使“空怒族”暴力事件不斷增多。

　　China has spent billions on building some of the largest and most modern airports in the world. But much to everyone&aposs embarrassment, it seems unable to get planes to fly between them on schedule.

　　中國花了數(shù)十億資金建造了世界最大最現(xiàn)代化的幾座機(jī)場(chǎng)。但極為尷尬的是，中國的飛機(jī)貌似總也不能準(zhǔn)時(shí)起飛降落。

　　Last month, only 18 per cent of the 22,000 flights out of Beijing&aposs Capital airport departed on time, according to the aviation research company FlightStats, making it the worst major airport in the world in terms of punctuality.

　　航空研究公司FlightStats報(bào)道，上月北京首都機(jī)場(chǎng)共有2.2萬航班出港，但僅有18%準(zhǔn)時(shí)起飛，成為全世界準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)率最差的大型機(jī)場(chǎng)。

　　Shanghai was scarcely any better, with only 24 per cent of flights from Hongqiao airport leaving on time. Indeed, not a single Chinese airport managed to get even half their flights to leave on time.

　　上海的情況也不容樂觀，虹橋機(jī)場(chǎng)航班起飛準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)率只有24%。事實(shí)上，全中國沒有一家航空公司的出港準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)率能達(dá)到50%。

　　The constant delays have seen mobs of angry passengers mount at least eight large protests at departure gates in the last two months, two of which saw staff physically beaten. There is even a new Chinese phrase for the rampaging hordes: the "kong nu zu", or "air rage tribe".

　　On Thursday July 18, more than 30 passengers broke through security and stormed the runway at Nanchang airport after being delayed for seven hours by bad weather.

　　7月18日周四，南昌機(jī)場(chǎng)航班因天氣狀況延誤7小時(shí)后，30多名乘客沖破機(jī)場(chǎng)保安，闖入跑道抗議。

　　The weekend bore, passengers in Shanghai tried to rip off an attendant&aposs name badge bore hitting her in the head. In the subsequent fracas, two airport staff were hospitalised and three passengers arrested.

　　在此前一周，上海一位乘客試圖扯下工作人員的姓名牌，之后又打了她的頭部。隨后的混亂中又有兩名工作人員被送入醫(yī)院，三名乘客被捕。

　　Other incidents have seen passengers faint on planes that were held on the runway for full days, and cabin crew assaulted by enraged customers.

　　還有的飛機(jī)在跑道上等一整天，甚至有乘客會(huì)暈倒在機(jī)艙里，機(jī)組人員因此被其他憤怒乘客襲擊。
