　　A: Personally, I think it depends. But to me, it is definitely necessary as if I didn’t take a nap in a day, I would feel pretty dozy the whole afternoon.

　　B: Generally, I suppose it’s not all that necessary for people to take a nap every day if they have already had enough sleep at night. But, in some conditions it may be essential as lack of sleep can seriously influence someone’s study or work.

　　A: As far as I concerned, old people don’t tend to sleep a lot as when people are old, they are more likely to cherish time. Most of them prefer to use the time to do something else rather than sleep.

　　B: I think they do because I suppose when people get old, their bodies don’t function as well as those of young people. They may need more time to rest.

　　A: This is a really interesting question. I suppose in order to have a good sleep, you can’t keep worrying about things in life. Also, having a glass of wine before sleep is beneficial to sound sleep.

　　B: When it comes to having a good sleep, I think the most important factor is having a comfortable and quiet environment. Besides, taking a shower and listening to light music can be helpful.

　　A: Honestly, it’s impossible for me to sleep in a noisy environment as I am a light sleeper. Even a slight noise at night can wake me up.

　　B: To be perfectly honest, it depends on how tired I am. If I’m exhausted, I can sleep soundly even in a construction site.

　　A: No, I hate getting up early in the morning as I’m such a lazy bone. To me, to be able to sleep in in the morning is probably one of the best things in the world.

　　B: Absolutely, because if I get up early, I feel like I can make the most of the day. And I believe getting up early every day is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.

　　A:Of course, I particularly like watching sky when it is sunny because whenever I watch the blue sky, I always feel that life is full of hope.

　　B: To be honest, I used to like watching sky especially night sky full of shinning stars. But now, I seldom watch the sky as the sky is invariably gray with heavy smog.

　　A: In my hometown, a small village, the night sky is really beautiful as we can see stunning view of the moon and stars. When I was little, I would play games under the bright moonlight.

　　B: Honestly, I am fascinated by stars. Every time I see them at night, I am always inspired by them. Looking at them makes me wonder how mysterious the universe can be.

　　A: Personally speaking, I think it is not significant for ordinary people to study stars as I suppose with so much going on in our life, we don’t really have that much time to focus on studying stars.
