　　Environmental organizations want to preserve the land surrounding the Wilgrinn Wilderness Area from residential development. They plan to do this by purchasing that land from the farmers who own it. That plan is ill-conceived: if the farmers did sell their land, they would sell it to the highest bidder, and developers would outbid any other bidders. On the other hand, these farmers will never actually sell any of the land, provided that farming it remains viable. But farming will not remain viable if the farms are lt unmodernized, and most of the farmers lack the financial resources modernization requires. And that is exactly why a more sensible preservation strategy would be to assist the farmers to modernize their farms to the extent needed to maintain viability.

　　這題選擇D，沒有問題。當(dāng)然，我猜很多人有問題，是不是選A了?哈哈，來，鶴鶴給各位大爺分析分析。

　　這兒，一開始是是一個goal應(yīng)該大家沒問題。但是，第一個問題來了，這個goal到底文章支持還是反對?我們要特別留意接下去的兩句話“They plan to do XXXXX. That plan is ill-conceived”：看到了嗎?Ill-conceived的plan，不是那個goal!!!所以A直接可以排除了!然后接下去，我們看on the other hand。我們看on the other hand后面的結(jié)構(gòu)：on the other hand，如果XXX，農(nóng)民是不會賣地的。但是要實現(xiàn)XXX是要怎么怎么怎么樣的。所以這就是我們提出一種更好的辦法的原因?，F(xiàn)在，明白了嗎?哦~~~原來on the other hand的另一個plan其實在最后一句話，明白了嗎?

　　記住，這題最最最惡心的地方在于，看鶴鶴在原題用紅色做記號的兩個詞：記住，這個第一個買和第二個賣不是對應(yīng)的?第一個買的意思是：從農(nóng)民那兒買來，這樣子，農(nóng)民就不會賣給開發(fā)商，這樣開發(fā)商買不到地，就不會開發(fā)了!第二個農(nóng)民的賣，記住，這兒的意思不是賣個作者，而是賣給開發(fā)商(以用于開發(fā))!大家只有搞清楚這點，才能做這題。

　　所以，文章真正結(jié)構(gòu)簡化就是這樣：我們有一個目標(biāo)。我們要組織開發(fā)商開發(fā)，所以相當(dāng)于要阻止開發(fā)商買到地?，F(xiàn)在有兩種方法：第一種方法是我們買下來，這樣開發(fā)商就買不到了。但是，由于XXX原因，比較難。On the other hand，農(nóng)民其實不會賣地給開發(fā)商，只要AAAAA。但是要AAAAA必須要BBBBB。所以，我們有更好的辦法，那就是，保證BBBBB，這樣就能實現(xiàn)AAAAA，實現(xiàn)了AAAAA，農(nóng)民就不會賣地給開放商了，開放商買不到地，就不會開發(fā)了。

　　知道這個之后，我想D應(yīng)該不會有問題啦~~~
