1月GMAT作文機(jī)經(jīng)：Greetree Grocery與咖啡店合作.

　　說的是一個叫做G 什么的公司 客戶主要是有錢人 然后sales一直很高 但是利潤卻下降了 為了讓節(jié)省成本 就要每個店鋪都裁10個人 同時限制高價產(chǎn)品展覽和免費(fèi)禮物派送。。。然后還說 有個調(diào)查 G這個店的客戶類型和一個咖啡館很像 所以打算和這個咖啡館合作 在每一個店鋪都僻一個區(qū)域賣咖啡 認(rèn)為這樣可以吸引更多的人 (by: qiyuanlee)

　　V1 argument說一個Greetree Grocery要cut cost to increase sales.因此分別減少10個store的的一個員工。還取消試吃。 還要和一個咖啡合開個地方，吸引這個咖啡的顧客。

　　V2 說一個Grocers要提高Sales和Profit，認(rèn)為它的客戶都是高品味的，同時提出兩個措施to cut costs，另外和一個coffee shop聯(lián)合，就能提高銷售和利潤了

　　V3 有一個grocer store，顧客都是富人，在不減少顧客購物體驗(yàn)的條件下，store plans to reduce costs by laying off 10 employees at each stores and eliminating expensive products display and free samples。又提到要和一個coffee cafe合作，因?yàn)閏offee cafe的顧客群和grocer store的是同一類人，因此合作很有可能會增加去store的顧客，從而增加sales。因此這個plan最終會增加sales和profits.

　　【參考思路】

　　1. 充分必要條件: laying off 10 employees at each stores and eliminating expensive products display and free samples 是提高profit的唯一條件, 這個明顯影響客戶體用感

　　2. Gratuitous Assumption: 與咖啡店合作 一定能提高profit。 Cost 也很大啊 能覆蓋profit嗎?而且你還裁員了 人手不夠.

　　3. 看待問題太片面：作者忽略裁員和減少試用的負(fù)面影響如服務(wù)質(zhì)量下降，顧客滿足感下降 這種效果在奢侈品店尤為明顯。因此可能減少銷售量。
