日本政策新政策：公司必須每周五下午三點(diǎn)下班.

　　Japan's government is urging employees to leave the office early every last Friday of the month, hoping to crack down on a culture of workaholics while providing a shot in the arm for the economy.

　　日本政府正敦促上班族在每周五早點(diǎn)下班，希望以此使工作狂文化不再流行，同時給經(jīng)濟(jì)增長打下了一針興奮劑。

　　The Premium Friday campaign, which launched this week, is calling on workers to leave the office at 3pm once a month, and spend time with family, dine out or go shopping, according to Japan Times.

　　據(jù)《日本時報(bào)》報(bào)道，這周發(fā)起的“優(yōu)質(zhì)星期五”活動呼吁上班族在每個月中能有一次下午3點(diǎn)就下班，在多出來的空余時間里多陪陪自己的家人，外出下館子或者去購物。

　　It is hoped that the initiative will encourage people to spend more money on food, in shops and on travel. All Nippon Airways, the country's largest airline, is offering special discounts from Friday in a bid to entice people to take trips.

　　政府希望該活動能夠鼓勵人們在食品、購物和旅行上有更多的花費(fèi)。日本最大的航空公司全日本航空為了吸引人們外出旅游，在周五會給出售的機(jī)票打特殊的折扣。

　　"We hope this will encourage people to rest and to leave the office earlier," an ANAspokeswoman told Japan Times.

　　全日本航空一位女發(fā)言人在接受《日本時報(bào)》采訪時表示：“我們希望這可以鼓勵人們早點(diǎn)下班去休息，”

　　"Participation by the government and companies is needed to push forward rorms (in theworking culture)," she added.

　　她補(bǔ)充說道：“工作文化方面改革的推進(jìn)需要政府和企業(yè)們的支持。”

　　The campaign is part of a general push by the government to limit excessive working hoursfollowing the suicide of an employee at ad agency Dentsu that was reportedly ruled to be a "death by overwork", and cast a harsh spotlight on Japan's deeply entrenched problem ofovertime and burnout.

　　政府發(fā)起該活動的目的是限制員工們的上班時間，因?yàn)榇饲霸?jīng)有關(guān)于日本電通公司的員工由于工作時間過長而自殺的報(bào)道，這是一起典型的“過勞死”事件，它使民眾關(guān)注到日本存在的根深蒂固的加班時間過長的嚴(yán)重問題。

　　The president of Dentsu stepped down in the wake of the tragic incident and the company hassince announced new measures such as switching off the office lights between 10pm and 5am.
